SY JESSICA provided a pari passu loan alongside the South Yorkshire Pension Fund for the development of 110,000 sq ft of industrial space across 3 units.

The loan was be used to support the development of Phase 2A of the regeneration of the former Rockingham Colliery site. The units will range in size from 22,000 sq ft to 49,500 sq ft and will be built to BREEAM Very Good or above.  Phase 1 of the Rockingham scheme was successfully funded by SY JESSICA in 2015 and comprises 4 let and/or sold commercial units. This will be the second phase of a wider masterplan at Gateway 36, adjacent to Junction 36 of the M1, near Barnsley
